I saw a neat thing yesterday. A very young man went out of his way to help a very old man learn how to use a computer. The young man was patient and respectful, and the old man accepted the guidance with grace and humor. If they were judged by their appearances, the young man might be assumed impudent and surly, and the old man resentful of having to adapt. But they weren't. When I see just smatterings of simple compassion, it reminds me of how great God's love is, prompting me to ask, what can I do today that will reflect Christ, no matter how small the act?
